Everything is harder in the rain - Cougar Crossing Badge of Honor Trail

Cougar Crossing, a new Badge of Honor Trail in Souther Missouri Off-road Ranch (SMORR). It had rained all morning making the rocks very slippery. We attempted Cougar Crossing but took a wrong turn down a slippery rock slide. The trail was supposed to be a three, but the rain made it a 4-5. The first Jeep almost rolled into a tree. The second Jeep, we had to winch down the hill. The Gladiator in the back was tied down to a tree to keep it from sliding down the hill too. Everyone made it down safely and it was a great story to tell. Winch used: 12000 Badlands Winch Sub count: 252
