Hello, dear friends and viewers!
Today, we have another video that I hope will catch your attention. This video is related to the disassembly of a 250 kW, 3000 rpm electric motor.
Previously, this electric motor had been serviced in one of our colleague’s workshops. It was brought to our workshop due to issues such as noise from the front part and excessive heat on the front cover.
After disassembling the motor, we observed that the front cover had previously undergone welding and machining. The front cover had been slightly trimmed, which caused pressure on the front roller bearing and led to the mentioned problems. As a result, the front cover of the electric motor was sent back for further machining.
In the future, we will upload a video related to this process for you. Thank you for joining us! We hope this video proves useful to you. We would appreciate it if you could subscribe to our channel and support us with your likes and comments.
