After that, I guide you through creating a Facebook Business Page, setting up a Messaging Channel for Facebook inside Salesforce, authenticating it, and activating the integration. Finally, I demonstrate how incoming Facebook messages appear as Messaging Sessions in Salesforce, ready for agents to handle directly in the console.
