Injuries happen... In October, while chasing heavy shore break tubes, I somehow managed to hurt myself doing an air. My MCL popped, and after 2 months out of the water, the 4mm tear healed, and we were back at it! First on the soft top, then pushing it on the RNF for one big air section that put all my confidence back in my body....
