Recipe 1: Mongolian Chicken Stir Fry
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
300g Chicken Breast
Marinade with:
1/4 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 Tbsp. White Pepper
1 Egg White
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Tbsp. Peanut or Cooking Oil
Onions:
1 Large White Onion
3 Spring Onions
Sauce:
1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
40 ml Chinese Cooking Wine (for non alcoholic version use chicken broth instead)
2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1/4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Recipe 2: Beef And Broccoli Stir Fry
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
250g Beef Flank Steak (you can use any beef steak you like) cut against the grain
1 Small Broccoli cut in Florets
1/4 Large White Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
Marinade with:
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1/4 Tbsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Tbsp. Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
Stir Fry Sauce:
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch with Water
2 Tbsp.Chicken Broth or Rice Wine (I used chicken broth and it tastes very delicious)
1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Recipe 3: Ground Beef Bulgogi
Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
350g Ground Beef
Stir Fry Sauce:
2 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Mirin/Rice Wine (for non alcoholic version you can use broth or water instead)
2 Tbsp. Bone Broth
1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
Vegetables and Aromatics:
1/2 White Onion
3 Spring Onions
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Red Chili (please check heatness of the Chili before adding)
10g Dry Shitake (prepare 20 minutes in hot water)
Add some more Dark Soy Sauce at the end if you like for taste and nice colour.
Garnish with green onion and red chili.
