Editors - Music for Life 19th December 2019

What a lovely way to round off what surely must be the last part of Editors' 2019 promotional duties. Tom, Justin, Sergio and Elliott made their way over to Europe again to play at StuBru's annual charity event Music for Life. The band were assuredly in the mood for a festive party, as were the very rowdy crowd which contained some of "our people". There was a slight rasp in Tom's voice which usually means one of two things; he's ill or he's throwing himself entirely into the music. Having watched the gig, I'm going with possibility number 2. There's even a totally obscure cover version of Just Like Christmas by Low. Bet you didn't see that coming? If there's a better way to spend half an hour as a fully-clothed Editors fan (or not, no judgement) then I've yet to experience it.
