DuroStar Diesel Generator - No Power Output Since New

A local subscriber Bill purchased this DuroStar Diesel DS7200 generator new for his Mom. He fired it up for the first time and saw it did not produce any power. DuroStar covered it under warranty and told him to trash the bad machine. Instead he held onto it in hopes that it could someday be fixed or the engine repurposed. Hopefully today is that day. Bill donated the machine to the channel in hopes that I could get it to do what it has never done, make power! Generator Model: DuroStar DS7200 Engine Model: 10HP 418cc Yanmar Diesel Clone Ryobi Rotor: HM-310772056 Ryobi Stator: HM-310771055 I no longer use Harbor Freight Super Heavy Duty Degreaser in my ultrasonic cleaner. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors. Recently I have been using Simple Green PRO HD with good results.
