Kevin Borders, CEO and founder of minware, presented a method for decomposing DORA metrics to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Following the initial discussion, we stopped the recording and had a discussion about participant-provided topics. Participants discussed the optimal number of metrics, connecting metrics to revenue and value, and turning metrics into meaningful action.
