There are a lot of videos showing you how to clean your air fryer by using either baking soda, vinegar, Dawn Power Wash but none of these work for me. The only one that works for me was Vim cream, you may know it as Cif and I'll be showing you how to clean the heating element area, the basket air fryer using only the Vim cream, a brush and a damp cloth. Using just these three things you should be able to clean your air fryer in about 10 minutes. Once you're done cleaning the air fryer it's a good idea to run the air fryer for at least 20 minutes to get rid of the soap residue. I'll also show you how to do that and also show you how to clean the crisper tray for your air fryer. I cook a lot of high fat content food that produce a lot of grease in my air fryer basket and I never use any foil or any liners because I find that it defeats the purpose of cooking the food as it prevents the hot air from circulating. The Gourmia Air Fryer is so easy to clean that you don't really need to use any liners. I simply wash my basket and my crisper tray with Dawn dish soap and hot water it's a good idea to use a bristle brush so that you can get into the holes and remove any stuck on food pieces. Once you know how to clean an air fryer inside it should be easy to keep it clean however it will never be the same as brand new.
