The Miami Dolphins used Valentine's Day to make some cost cutting measures that will help the team become cap compliant by the NFL deadline in March, releasing three starters. Miami fired tailback Raheem Mostert, cornerback Kendall Fuller and tight end Durham Smythe to clear nearly $8 million in cap space, but have more work to do to get prepared for free agency.
