2 glasses of water

3 eggs olive oil
Fry the rice in oil for 2 minutes Add water and salt to taste
Cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed
Separate the yolks and add to the rice
Mix the rice well
Everything has to be yellow.
Salt the egg whites and beat to a small foam
Add egg white to rice
Stir frequently until egg whites are browned.

First saute the garlic and ginger for 2 minutes
Then add onion and bean pods
If you like soft beans then fry them first!!
