DO NOT BUY THE BYD SHARK BEFORE SEEING THIS | TOWING TEST + SAND CHALLENGE

In this video, we take my Thundercat and tow it to Double Island Point for a day of fun and testing with the BYD Shark. Along the way, we hit a dirt track off the main path to see how the Shark handles off-road towing—but quickly realized the boat wasn't going to make it through. After jumping back on the freeway, we made it to Double Island Point and spent the day putting the Shark through its paces in the sand. We even managed to bog the BYD Shark to test its recovery capabilities and explored the pros and cons of towing with it.
