Welcome back to The Online Mixtapes Archive series. According to plan, we start off February with a new musical theme and build upon it for the full experience of a complete session from the warm up to peak time, wrapping up every month on a dedicated playlist on the channel with the full 4 to 5 hour long DJ set. This month we go back in time once again and revisit the 80s and early 90s for some of the most played pop-rock hits from that era, albeit all having some fresh and more updated beats and sounds. The goal and main purpose to this series is to showcase some of the amazing music played in the Discotheque events with DJ Paul Rodhy. The idea behind the musical content is a fusion of Listening Bar with the legendary resident DJs from the golden years of Nightclubs, where the selection was paramount and also very long blends and mixes were more common place. A strong focus on nostalgia and Classic House Music tracks with a more contemporary sound design signature, takes the listener in a journey through time and positive vibes and emotional triggers which may cause some dancing moves. The recorded mix was performed live by DJ Paul Rodhy.
