Difference between “Mieru(見える)” , “Mirareru(見られる) & “Mireru(見れる), Grammar N4-12

In this video we’ll learn the difference between Mieru (見える), Mirareru (見られる) and Mireru (見れる): - Mieru 見える (PERCEPTION VERB) means that something can be seen, regardless of whether you intend to see it or not. - On the other hand, Mirareru 見られる (POTENTIAL VERB) is used when you actively take action to see something, meaning TO BE ABLE TO SEE or WATCH (with intention). - Mireru 見れる is the same as Mirareru 見られる, but without the letter RA ら.
