In 2005, after two years of working for the Peace Corps in Honduras, I jumped on my trusty Trek 8000 and began pedaling north. The destination was Boulder, Colorado-4,000 miles away. I had no idea what I was doing, but I figured it out as the journey unfolded through Honduras, Guatemala, Belize and Mexico. Along with my friend Jeff, we had the adventure of a lifetime.
