Cutting a Metric Keyway on the Shaper

One of the reasons that the keyway cutting tool holder was bumped up on the "to do" list is because I had to cut a 7mm keyway in an aluminum hub for a buddy. While I do have a number of inch-based broaches, I did not have any for metric sizes so rather than buying a broach it seemed like a good time to use the shaper for one of its intended purposes. The first part of the video is how I setup this cut, but if you would prefer to just see the chips being peeled out, go ahead and shuffle to the 10:00 mark.
