Well, I'm here to show you how that's not only false, but how you can control every button on the body to really take control of how it performs for your shooting style. Feel free to copy my settings if you feel it will benefit your shooting style, however I encourage you to instead pay attention to what features you use the most, and experiment with control options that help speed up your shooting. I think you'll find that the Sony Alpha A7 III, A7R III, and Sony A9 allow for more flexibility than most cameras on the market today.
