CTA / PGDA: Should you reconsider your Study Strategy?

At this level, we've been studying for YEARS... so why am I saying you should consider whether your study strategy needs a change? The pass rates for ITC have been decreasing over the last few years, so SOMETHING has changed. How does this, and should this, impact YOU in CTA / PGDA? Do we know what this is?
