He is from the up-zila Kachua in the district of Chandpur, which is located in the division of Chattogram in Bangladesh. However, he currently resides in Cumilla city. Jahid comes from a family of five, with one brother and four sisters, and is the fourth child in the family. In addition to his studies, he is highly involved in different extracurricular activities such as video making, article writing, graphics design, video editing and blogging etc. He is the author of the well-known pharmacy book in Bangladesh titled "Jahid's Representation on Introduction to Pharmacy." Additionally, he has several other books in the pipeline, covering topics like clinical pathology, pharmaceutical analysis, bioinformatics, pharmaceutical marketing and management which are in the process of being published. He published many articles on different national newspapers including the Daily Observer, Samakal, New Age, Ittefaq, Alokito Bangladesh in both Bangla and English language on different topics. Jahid has a great attraction to the English language. He is developing his English speaking skills and also trying to motivate others to develop this skill. Almost 13,000 people from Bangladesh and India follow his Facebook page JahidStein to get inspiration for speaking English. One of Jahid's initiatives is "Learn With Jahid," through which he primarily focuses on creating pharmacy related videos in the Bangla language. His YouTube channel has become a valuable resource for over 3,000 Bangladeshi and Indian pharmacy students, offering free educational content that has been accessed more than 1,20,000 times. However, he has recently expanded his efforts to include creating pharmacy related videos in English as well, in addition to publishing pharmacy related blog articles.  He is interested in computer science also. For this reason, he is also studying in computer science. He is now studying in 3rd semester in his computer science course. He is expert in C, C++ and Python programming language. In the future, Jahid plans to continue his work with this, but also hopes to branch out into creating and publishing materials on computer science and other technology related subjects.
