📋 INGREDIENTS:
For the chickpea and potato balls:
• 200 g (1 cup) chickpeas, cooked or from the can, drained
• 2 large potatoes (starchy), boiled and mashed
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp chickpea flour or oat flour
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika powder
• ½ tsp cumin
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 tbsp panko or breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
• Vegetable oil for frying
For the lemon dill dip:
• 4 tbsp plant-based yogurt (e.g. almond or soy-based)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup
• Salt & pepper to taste
