Creating a High-Rigidity Workbench Using Alminium Frames

I've made a workbench. In fact, my old workbench was just a PC desk made in China, simply very unstable and awkward not made for the actual workbench. I went overboard creating an extra rigid, super solid workbench using alminium frames. The worktop is made of Birch butcher block 40mm thickness. I've purchased it from an online hardware store, very flat with no sign of warped surface.
