Creating A Brand New Lawn From Scratch - With 2 Tonnes Of Topsoil For Levelling

This customer has purchased and renovated his forever home. All that's left is to create a nice lawn. We arrived to a couple of plots of soil that needed a fair bit of preparation.. tilling (digging or heavy raking over the top few inches of soil), stone removal and then finally levelling before we can proceed to seed and top dress. Creating a great lawn is all about the preparation and how much you put into it. Materials and tools: Topsoil - purchased from a local aggregate company for £45 per tonne. (2 tonnes used) Grass seed - purchased from Boston seeds.
