Crazy Captiva...No Crank, I CAN'T REMOVE MY KEY!! (TOPDON IR Camera)

This 2012 Captiva shows has some CRAZY symptoms! Sometimes the radio shuts off and the clock resets while driving... Sometimes the engine loses power... Sometimes you park it and you can't take the key out!! Doesn't take too long to track down the problem, but can we PROVE it scientifically?
