Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. 3. In a second bowl, mix bananas and sour cream. 4. in another bowl, cream butter and sugar, then beat in egg and vanilla. Add to banana mixture. 5. Mix in dry ingredients and banana mixture alternately. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. 6. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean. 7.
