It's an Emergency Freezer Cooking day here with Mega Momma where we're *Cooking Massive Freezer Meals From Scratch in One Afternoon* for a local family with an unexpected medical situation. These healthy feom scratch freezer meals are gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free to help meet the dietary needs of the family we're serving. In one afternoon we made a week's worth of healthy freezer meals from scratch using what we had on hand. We meal-prepped two grass-fed beef roasts with radishes, a pork roast with a gluten-free/dairy-free sauce, 15 qts of from-scratch homemade butternut squash soup, 15 qts of chicken vegetable soup make with homegrown chicken and chicken stock. We also made 5 lbs of homemade gluten-free/dairy-free/sugar-free sloppy joes and two 9x13 creamy chicken noodle with veggie casseroles (made with gluten-free noodles, homegrown chicken, zucchini, gluten-free/dairy-free coconut cream, and Bragg's gluten-free seasonings). This freezer cooking day equals massive freezer meals for the family of less than 5 we’re cooking fir.
