COMPETING RISK EXPLAINED - Learn how to deal with competing events in studies
Competing risk made easy! It may sound difficult, but in this video I will show you the concept of competing risk using easy to understand examples and I will show you some real data in which this plays a major role. I will discuss different methods to deal with competing events, comparing for example the Kaplan Meier method with the Cumulative Incidence of Competing Risk method. Also, I will show you different multivariate models including Cox Regressions and Fine & Gray analyses.
