CNC Tool Touch Probe 2/2

Here comes the final version of the CNC Tool Touch Probe build. In the last video you saw the prototype using a plastic housing and the Panasonic optical sensor. The final Version of the Z Height Tool Touch Probe has an aluminum housing and a stainless steel base. The steel base is important as this will prevent dings and nicks to the bottom of the base plate and this could tilt the touch probe and give a different tool height. Now I had to top the accuracy off using the Metrol switch with an accuracy smaller than 1 micron and an upgraded all stainless steel design.
