Class 9, Video 1: Compressed Sensing and the RIP

"Compressed sensing" refers to a problem where we get measurements of a (sparse) vector in a compressed way. This video introduces compressed sensing, and also introduces the Restricted Isometry Property (RIP), a useful notion in compressed sensing.
