AU - UA wasn’t an enemy to the ada and the pm, they just wanted to investigate to see if it was dangerous or not. So, they made both Akutagawa and Atsushi go undercover, then they would leave after a year or so. They have to fake their age, because an 18 and 20 year old wouldnt be able to join UA, so they got a fake ID and all. Thats really it 🤷‍♀️ It’s not rlly complicated tbh 😭
