CITY FORCED FAMILY to LEAVE then I found a CHILLING DISCOVERY while Mowing Overgrown Lawn We were driving through our local town and kept noticing this house with Overgrown grass and no one was taking care of it. What we found out is the City Forced them out but why? While we were mowing, we had multiple people stop by to see if we bought the place and they went on to share that the city forced several folks out of here in the past and there is a new ordinance that requires landlord inspections but homeowner. Could this be the reason? There were boards across the front of the house a condemned sign in front on both entrances, it was evident this was an apartment of some sort. The sidewalks were overgrown, grass was pretty tall in the front yard and on the other side of the property we noticed a ton of vines taking over the house. We still questioned why all the boards on the house, well, it sounds like someone tried setting the house on fire by taking the fuse out of the furnace and putting a hole in the water heater hoping the water would get to it to start an electric fire.
