All other characters must use the defend command. 2. If blue characters are not available, all other characters may only use weak attacks OR use blue elements. The only exception is Sprigg, who may use the transform command to become a blue monster if no blue characters are available. 3. If Sprigg is available and no other blue characters are available, Sprigg may kill enemies to acquire them. She must run from the battle at its conclusion to avoid gaining additional stats. 4. Non-blue characters may not change out of their starting equipment with the exception of Sprigg, and only if no blue characters are available. 5.
