Chapter 2: People & Processes MLOps Pillars

To design an MLOps platform that can cover business needs, we first need to standardise the necessary personas and processes. In this video, I show how the data science teams used to be structured in an enterprise environment; the primary personas that are involved in the ML lifecycle; and the processes and collaboration mechanisms (e.g. ML Centre of Excellence – ML CoE) these personas need to follow to bring ML into production efficiently.
