認知治療的理論
事件本身不會影響「情緒反應」,情緒反應來自個人內在「有色眼鏡」的解讀與處理,每個人的生命閱歷與經驗,都會讓我們發展出一套獨一無二的世界觀(內心有色眼鏡),沒有好壞之別,但都不一樣。有的時候事件就是會照常發生,只要我們改變自己看待事情的角度,就可以避免徒增煩惱。
不是「事件」本身,而是我們附加在這個事件的意義與解讀,決定了我們的感受與想法與行動
想法、感受、行為、生理、和環境之間是環環相扣,牽一髮動全身的
對事件的情緒反應是「一連串的反應」,連鎖反應、骨牌效應、持續膨脹
個案可以成為自己的生命科學家,自我觀察
