There’s nothing quite like the intense, laser-like stare of a big cat. The sense that every fibre of its being, every pulse of its consciousness, is honed onto a singularity of focus. And if you happen to be looking down the barrel of a telephoto lens at the time, the feelings of awe and excitement are magical. Nick has been fortunate to photograph big cats (and some small ones too) in many of the best locations in the world, and the thrill never diminishes.
