Cat with Dandruffs and Not Cleaning Himself.

Some of you probably remembers Leo. He's the cat who had Bacterial infection of the skin and already recovered months ago. His hair started to grew back but today, his mom brought him for a check up and grooming. He has dandruffs and he's not been able to groom himself so we fear that there's something wrong with him. Blood tests were done and just awaiting for results.
