Case Prep and Assembly -Building A High Performance 1968cc Vw 74mm Stroker Engine- Part 1 of 3

Today's video, we are starting the build for a 1968cc VW stroker engine. This is a thick wall 92mm pistons and a 74mm stroker crank. Using the proper rods will almost eliminate the need to clearance the engine case, making the 74mm crank almost a drop in replacement. This engine will have an Engle W110 cam, CB Performance Panchito 044 heads and dual carbs. We will make the compression ratio very reasonable so this will go into any of the VW's that he owns including his 1961 Panel Bus.
