Canyonlands National Park: Part 3 - Potash to Island in the Sky

This is a 4-part visual tour of some of the features of Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse State Park in Utah, USA. The scenes were shot in 8K using a RED Monstro camera and then the footage was down-res'd to 4K UHD for YouTube. This Part 3 shows the drive from Potash to Island in the Sky and scenery (Colorado River) along the way. Part 1 shows the classic viewpoints at Dead Horse State Park and on the Island in the Sky mesa in Canyonlands. Viewpoints include Green River Overlook, Candlestick Tower Overlook. Buck Canyon Overlook. Orange Cliffs Overlook and Grand View Overlook. Some scenes are normal video and some are captured in team-lapse. Part 2 shows driving the steep part of the Shafer Trail, the first miles of the White Rim trail to Musselman Arch and other scenery along the way. Part 4 shows the scenes near Needles Overlook
