Can You Trust Youtubers?

Can you trust youtubers to review anything? We often come to youtube to see people review the items we want to buy, but are youtubers really trust worthy? They've often been sent the item for free, and even paid by the company. Can we really trust that they will give us honest feedback? Are they afraid of ruining their relationship with that company enough that they will hide the faults of the product from you? The answer is a definite maybe.
