Can the NEW Kodak Gold in 120 be used professionally?

First time shooting with Kodak Gold in the 120 format. I was curious to see how it would handle a variety of mixed lighting situations and how the skin tones would turn out with its unique colour shift/saturation characteristics that Gold is known for. I also wanted to see if it could handle being used in a professional capacity and whether the quality in the 120 format would hold up against the better known professionally graded film stocks out there.
