Three hundred. Thats a big number right? I usually don't have the time to do big weekend rides, but this was a milestone I've been wanting to knock over for a long time. The idea has been stuck in my brain, niggling at me whenever I saw a big ride posted on Strava. So I assembled some friends, put together what looked like a fun route and we sent it! It's easy to follow a routine, do what you're comfortable with and know what is within your abilities. But sometimes its fun to just send it with no idea if you can finish, push yourself further and try something new. Thats what this video is about.
The longest ride on the professional cycling calendar is Milan San Remo, and its just under 300km. This video just goes to show that if you work together, pace yourself and fuel properly you can ride as far as a professional rider. I hope you enjoy!
