C-sets for data analysis: relational data and conjunctive queries in Julia

1/20/21 meetup Evan Patterson describes his recent work pitching data scientists on the merits of CT + relational DBs, such as described in this recent post: https://www.algebraicjulia.org/blog/post/2020/12/cset-conjunctive-queries/ , where he argues that even in the in-memory, non-persistent world of data analysis scripting, it pays to upgrade from data frames to a relational model.
