Today, I'll be transforming a very boring looking 1990s thin-client into a small formfactor DOS gaming powerhouse! The Boundless Technologies Viewpoint TC325 isn't an underpowered modern thin client but a true 486! It has a powerful AMD AM5x86-P75 CPU, great onboard video and even an ISA slot. It's not all smooth sailing though and I have to navigate around several annoying roadblocks to unleash this machine's full potential.
Don't forget to check out the other great #486buildoff videos out there. There are already quite a few posted and I'm sure there will be more in the coming weeks. I will update this with a playlist if one is created but for now you can just search for the #486buildoff hastag in YouTube or on Twitter.
