Building rustic bookshelves inside our Log Cabin | Maple Syrup season was a SUCCESS!

In this video, we close the maple syrup season by taking all the buckets off the trees, cleaning them and storing them. We talk about our season and how much maple syrup we produced. After, we continue our work on our log cabin extension. We make the first foundation and install the wall log support, but the ground is still frozen and that stops us in our tracks. Since we need to wait for the weather to warm up, we decide to tackle a new project: bookshelves for the nook area. Around the cabin, we find branches and old pieces of wood, left over from old projects. With those, we embark on a fun creative project of matching weirdly shaped branches match with different sizes boards to create shelves that we ended up being very proud of.
