Building out an Investment Projection Spreadsheet

This video will show you how to build out a rudimentary spreadsheet to help estimate future investment forecasts. It is built on an annual (year-by-year) basis and should not be used for precise forecasts. The idea is to build out a first model and then you can do whatever you want with it later. This is a rough Future Value (FV) calculation model and will be imprecise given our violation of basic input compounding. For example, there is an obvious conflict between making monthly contributions and assessing those contributions on an annual basis. Let this spreadsheet get you started and then build yours out as you see fit.
