Building a Volvo B230 16-Valve Turbo Engine: Part 1

I think this is technically the second episode of what I hope will be a cohesive series about my Volvo 142 Turbo project. In this video, we'll assemble the B230 bottom end that I've had in my garage for a couple years. It's getting lots of shiny, upgraded parts that should make for a durable path to a 400 horsepower Volvo.
