Building a GASKET MOUNT Handwired Mechanical Keyboard

The Scotto37 is a 37-key gasket-mounted 0.25u row-staggered keyboard with a 3u spacebar. I originally teased the idea of a gasket mounted build months ago with my ScottoKatana but I lost interest in that build after designing this one.
