Ever since I started lifting I had a goal of getting an aesthetic physique naturally. I wanted to be one of the guys with visible abs all year round, looking lean and being strong. And it took me years to learn how to get lean and finally get the aesthetic physique I wanted. It definitely wasn’t due to lack of trying. I was consistent with my training and diet. I prioritized sleep. Kept learning and I did the best I knew at the time.
The thing is, I didn’t have anyone to tell me what to expect or how to improve my routine. I was mostly figuring things out on my own and if I knew what I know today I would’ve been able to see results in the gym much sooner. So in this video I decided to share my brutally honest advice for building an aesthetic physique as a natural lifter and the most important things I’ve learned over the years.
