SCOTUS allows Trump admin. to take steps to implement end to birthright citizenship

The Supreme Court has just announced the birthright citizenship case opinion, with a 6-3 ruling, following party lines. This means Trump’s executive order curtailing birthright citizenship will be allowed in certain states but not others.
