Breaking Down Slabs Into Butcher Blocks

I took two beautiful English walnut slabs and turned them into 5 butcher blocks. I tried to save as much of the live edge as possible while bookmatching the blocks. During the build I encountered a few cracks and knots that almost put a stop to the build. How do you think they came out?
