#blizzard #snowstorm #winterambience #fireplace Continuation of the storyline: " For about half an hour I tried to open the door but could not do it. The door was locked from the back. I guessed that it could be a layer of snow that came down from the mountains and blocked my door. But I could not understand where the sound of a strong blow came from in this case. Later, I discovered that the electricity had gone out in the house. It scared me even more. I found myself locked up, without electricity, and far from civilization. Fortunately, I had supplies of food, water and firewood. I was provided with warmth and food, which was the most important thing in this difficult situation. It was a Sunday morning, and tomorrow the rental of this house ended. On Monday, the owner was supposed to come, so that I handed over the keys to him. It gave me hope that I would not be here for long. All this time, I just lived like nothing happened, the only inconvenience was that I was limited to going outside. And then the long-awaited Monday came, I was looking forward to the owner of the house. The hands of the clock moved from one hour to the next, and by 10 pm the owner had not arrived. I was desperate and just went to bed. The next morning I woke up, and again I waited from minute to minute for the owner of the house. After all, on Tuesday he definitely had to come, because the lease ended yesterday. But that day he was not. On Wednesday, everything happened again, the owner did not come. I didn't know what to do. Stocks of food and firewood were enough for another couple of days. But given that the weather was getting worse and the frost was getting stronger, in order to keep warm, I had to burn more firewood. I began to actively consider possible options to get out of here. I knew that the nearest village was 3 miles from the house. I also knew that my car had enough fuel to get there. I could break the window glass and get out of the house, but in this case I took a big risk. Theoretically, on the way to the village, the road could be heavily covered with snow, and if this is the case, then I won’t get to the village, and I won’t be able to return back to the house, as the house will cool down and become unsuitable for shelter. I left this option in reserve, as the most extreme case. The second option was simple, but not very reliable. His point was to just wait. It didn't suit me either. Thinking over more options, I suddenly remembered that I accidentally took walkie-talkies with me, and quickly began to rummage through my backpack. I took out the walkie-talkies and the batteries for them. School radio engineering courses at that moment became more than ever worth it. I don’t remember exactly how, but after 3 hours I managed to convert one walkie-talkie into a radio station, and leave the other walkie-talkie as a receiver. Then I tried to start my own radio frequency, and started broadcasting and asking for help. For about 4 hours, I periodically repeated the same text with a call for help, in the hope that someone would hear me by chance. Every minute I lost hope, because I did not even know if they heard me. I made myself some tea, sat down in a chair, and began to fall asleep. Through my sleep, I heard a male voice shouting "Is there someone here? Answer me!" I thought I was dreaming and did not respond. But the male voice was insistent, and again shouted the same phrase. It suddenly dawned on me, I jumped up from my chair and instantly ran to the door and began to shout in response. I was saved, I was found, it was the most sincere feeling of joy that I have ever experienced. After 2 hours I got out of the house, the men from the neighboring village freed me. One of them, his name was Ethan, was looking for a weather forecast on his old radio and accidentally stumbled upon my radio frequency. Later it turned out that the reason for hitting the door and blocking it was that a lot of snow and ice had accumulated on the branches of a tree near the house, from which it collapsed and blocked my door. Ethan became my savior, and we are friends to this day. And the owner of the house, as it turned out later, could not get to me, as the road was heavily swept with snow. This story taught me to be extremely careful with nature and treat it with respect. I also learned another important lesson, that you can’t go on such trips alone. But most importantly, this story had a happy ending! " Share this video with your friends and family. Have a nice viewing!
